Title
(in Estonian - piiratud kasutusvaldkonnaga isiksustatud kodanikuvaluuta, PKIK) - a narrowed version of the Basic Income proposed by Mihkel Kunnus, Estonian writer in 2016. It would be fully personalized, only for citizens. All payments could be made only with ID-card. It could not be collected - every month a citizen would receive some amount (say 500 euros) guaranteed by the state and all previously remained amount would be reset to zero. Although this currencyʼs units are equivalent to euros, it could not be converted to "real" euros and cash, neither. Being usable only in Estonia, only certain goods and services could be purchased for PKIK (food, housing expenses etc, but not alcool and other harmful things). Limited amount and usage area would not encourage citizens to leave their jobs but would stabilize the society and encourage to take some investment risks as "nobody would fall to death".
